A traveler lands with no data and no time to shop for it. A pack from your desk solves that before the trip starts. Pick a step to see it.
Pick the places your customers travel to and order packs for each. Every pack holds one plan, for example Japan, 10 GB for 15 days.
Two checks before the sale: the phone is unlocked, and it has a SIM slot. Then the pack goes on the bill at your price.
The traveler puts the SIM in after landing. The plan starts on the first connection in the destination, with no QR code to scan.
Each month the RoamWorks team sends what sold, by desk and destination. You reorder the packs that move.

Both, where you can. A SIM pack, a travel SIM card in a sealed pack, works in any unlocked phone with a SIM slot, including phones without eSIM. An eSIM needs an unlocked phone that supports eSIM, and sells online or by voucher at the desk, with no stock. Every RoamWorks destination comes in both formats.
An unlocked phone with a SIM slot. A phone that is locked to a home carrier does not accept the RoamWorks SIM. If the phone has no SIM slot, offer an eSIM.
A dual-SIM phone keeps the home number on the second line. On a phone with one SIM slot, the traveler swaps the card and keeps the home SIM for the trip home.
When the SIM first connects in the destination, not at the desk. The pack shows the plan, the days, and the last date to activate it.

No. A pack reaches the traveler at your desk, or in a labelled pack for a group or a team. For a traveler you do not meet, send an eSIM voucher by email.

A one-time code for an eSIM plan, sent by email or placed in the customer account. The traveler redeems it, checks the phone, and installs the eSIM. You hold no stock and print nothing.
