SIM and eSIM for trade fairs and congresses

Add an eSIM voucher to registration for visitors from abroad, and keep RoamWorks SIM packs at the badge desk. Visitors and stand teams arrive connected.

Short answer: Visitors from other countries add an eSIM voucher in registration, and the one-time code goes out with the confirmation. The badge desk keeps SIM packs for phones without eSIM, and exhibitors order data for the stand team with their other stand services, from build-up to dismantling.

  • Registration, reminder, and badge desk
  • One code per visitor
  • Stand teams from build-up

Who needs the offer?

Visitors from other countries. At a venue in the EU, visitors with an EU SIM roam like at home, so lead with visitors from outside the EU.

Can a code reach people who did not register?

No. Each voucher holds a one-time code for one registered visitor. There is no shared promo code to pass around.

Can we include data in a delegate package?

Yes. Buy vouchers for speakers or hosted guests and add them to their confirmation.

Does it replace the venue Wi-Fi?

No. The venue Wi-Fi stays in the halls. The plan goes with the visitor, from the airport to the hotel and the city.
