Put a SIM pack in each welcome pack, or send an eSIM voucher with the final documents. The group lands connected.

Short answer: Match the itinerary countries and dates. Order one labelled SIM pack per traveler for the welcome pack, or send one eSIM voucher with the final documents. The guide keeps spare packs for arrival.

Can we order packs for a whole departure?

Yes. Send the departure list. Each traveler gets a labelled pack with the plan for the itinerary.

What happens to a late booking or a missed email?

Give the guide spare packs, or reissue an eSIM voucher from your team. Define the rule before the departure.

Who handles a failed install during the tour?

Define the guide or support path. A spare SIM pack is a quick fallback for a failed eSIM install.

Do we need paper vouchers?

No. eSIM vouchers go by email or to the traveler account. The SIM pack is the only physical item.
