SIM packs at the agency branch, with the documents

Check the phone at the booking, set a SIM pack aside for a phone with only a SIM slot, and hand it over with the documents.

Short answer: A branch sale starts with the phone check at the booking and ends with the handover. The advisor sets a pack aside for each phone with only a SIM slot, hands it over with the documents, and reorders the top routes each month.

  • For phones with only a SIM slot
  • Handed over with the documents
  • Packs in stock for top routes

Which clients need a SIM pack?

A client whose phone is unlocked and has a SIM slot, but does not support eSIM. A phone that supports eSIM gets a voucher by email.

Can we post the pack to the client?

No. No pack goes by mail. The client picks it up at the branch, with the documents.

How many packs should a branch keep?

Start with the top destinations of the branch, then reorder each month from the bookings. The partner agreement sets the terms for unsold packs.

What if the phone is locked?

A locked phone takes neither a SIM pack nor an eSIM. The client asks the carrier to unlock it, then the advisor checks the phone again.
