SIM packs at the currency counter, as their own line

Match the currency to a plan, check the phone, and sell a SIM pack as its own line next to the currency.

Short answer: A counter sale starts with the currency and ends with the restock. The order shows where and when the traveler goes, staff check the phone, the pack goes on the receipt as its own line, and each branch reorders by currency.

  • The currency shows the country
  • A phone check at the counter
  • Its own line on the receipt
The flow

The currency shows the country. The pack is its own line.

Four steps from the order to the restock. Pick one to see it.

01 / Step

The order shows the trip

A travel money order gives the currency, the pickup date, and the trip length. A currency used in one country gives the plan. For the euro or the US dollar, staff ask the country.

How to run it.

01Set up

  • Stock SIM packs for the destinations of your top currencies.
  • Add the plan to the online order page as its own line.
  • Agree the receipt line and the tax terms before launch.

02At the counter

  • For the euro or the US dollar, ask the country first.
  • Check that the phone is unlocked and has a SIM slot.
  • Hand over the pack as its own line, apart from the currency.

03Online orders and cards

  • Home delivery and card loads get an eSIM voucher by email, never a code in the parcel.
  • Show data in the pickup reminder only to customers who opted in to offers.
  • A sell-back after the trip gets no offer.

04Stock

  • Reorder by currency each week.
  • Check the last date to activate on each pack.
  • Check the local rules for SIM sales.

Before you choose

Short answers to the common questions. The partner agreement sets the final terms.

Does the data sale change the currency transaction?

No. The pack or the voucher is its own line on the receipt. It never uses the exchange rate, the fees, card data, or ID data.

Which plan fits the euro or the US dollar?

Staff ask the country first. One country gets a plan for that country, several countries in one region a regional plan, and a trip across regions a global plan.

Can a home delivery include a SIM pack?

No. Home delivery gets an eSIM voucher by email. SIM packs are for counter sales and pickups.

What about unsold packs?

The partner agreement sets the terms for unsold packs. Reorder by currency each week, so each branch stocks what it sells.
