Travel data for every team trip, on one invoice

Send one traveler list and get an eSIM voucher or a labelled SIM pack for each traveler, on one invoice.

Short answer: A team order starts with an approved trip and ends on one invoice. The travel manager sends one list, each traveler gets a voucher or a labelled pack, and finance sees every trip by cost center.

  • One voucher per traveler
  • Labelled packs for phones without eSIM
  • One invoice by cost center
The flow

One list in. One voucher for each traveler out.

Four steps from the plan list to the invoice. Pick one to see it.

01 / Step

Agree the plan list

Agree the destinations, the plan sizes, and the cost centers once with the RoamWorks team. Travelers then get data only for approved trips.

Playbook

How to run it.

01Set up

  • Agree the plan list, the cost centers, and the invoice details with the RoamWorks team.
  • Name who orders: the travel manager, an assistant, or your travel tool.
  • Make the eSIM voucher the default, and a labelled SIM pack the choice for a phone without eSIM.

02For each trip

  • Send the traveler list, the destination, the dates, and the cost center.
  • Each traveler gets a one-time voucher by email, or a labelled pack at the office.
  • Remind travelers to install the day before departure.

03At the office

  • Keep a few labelled spare packs for last-minute trips.
  • Check the last date to activate on each pack.
  • Hand out packs with the travel documents.

04Support

  • Travelers install with the steps in the voucher email.
  • Choose the support split: your team answers first, and RoamWorks handles activation.
Measure

Three numbers to review in a pilot.

  1. Installs before departure
  2. Roaming claims per quarter
  3. Minutes to order one trip

Good to know
  • Data only. On a dual-SIM or eSIM phone, the traveler keeps the company number.
  • A SIM pack replaces the card on a single-SIM phone, so use eSIM where the phone supports it.
  • Confirm the tax and invoice terms before launch.
  • The mobile hotspot is a second option for a team that shares one connection.

How do we order?

Send the traveler list, the destination, the dates, and the cost center to the RoamWorks team, or pass them from your travel tool through the API.

Can we mix SIM packs and eSIM?

Yes. Order eSIM vouchers for the phones that support eSIM and labelled SIM packs for the rest, on one invoice.

Can we get one invoice?

Yes. One invoice each month, with a cost center on each line and a usage report. Confirm the tax terms before launch.

Does this replace corporate roaming?

It can reduce the need for roaming on short trips. It is data only, so check the device and the policy.
